ABOUT GLOBAL NEPALESE CHEF FEDERATION

By describing Nepalese cultural idiosyncrasies, we GNCF (Global Nepalese Chefs Federation) would like to introduce Culinary Diversity in various countries. Chefs are crafter of making food with artistic presentation to their Guests, Family and society. You know food is a large part of a country’s culture when everything there revolves around it.

GNCF is well recognized in World's Chefs various organization. Nepalese Chef Members in Global scenario counted more than 500 members and by the year 2019 end of December would be 10,000 around the Nepalese world

Nepalese local Greetings – “Bhaat khuvayo?” and courtesy– “Chiya khaayera ta jaanus na!” inadvertently involve food. Nepalese food industry is developing by the various kinds of Chefs and our GNC Foundation is making united Global Nepalese Chefs under one umbrella. No country is defined by its food, but food is central to the identity of every country. With such a strong connection to food in Nepal, we wanted to make that connection in every country. We believe food binds families, communities, Nepali society and now as a whole Global society.

GNCF is supplying Nepalese ingredients, organic herbs and Spices to the restaurants that established in abroad. There are many Nepalese restaurants in Japan, Australia, German, Singapore, UK, USA, Spain, the number gradually is increasing. If you would like to be a part of our Organization as a Executive member / Hospitality Team member / Corporate member, kindly do reply of this email with your enthusiastic interest.

In addition to inform your authority, we do organize Food festivals, Culinary Events, Cooking competition, Culinary adventure (Local wild food community), College Chef Icon (TV show), 30minutes One Winner cooking platform, Dessert making festival and so on in various parts of Nepal and Abroad. By the year 2019-2020, GNCF is opening “Culinary School” in Nepal with the capacity of 100 plus students.

GNCF would like to affiliate with your organization. We would be highly obliged to work joint events with you in relation of Culinary culture & its motive. Mostly Foreign Embassies, Foreign Delegates and Foreign Organization in Nepal (NGOs) in Nepal are taking our Advantages.
